Initial Session followed by Continued Care

First: Your Initial Session

INITIAL SESSION – 90 minutes: $225

This First Appointment consists of a discovery and evaluation including postural analysis, functional fitness, various massage techniques, and nutritional evaluation (when appropriate or requested) allowing for a customized plan to be designed, with a set number of sessions depending on your specific needs.

(Military, First Responder, & Senior rates available; inquire at your Initial Session)

Next: Your Continued Care Session

CONTINUED CARE – 60 minutes: $155

These Customized Sessions vary in techniques as they are dependent on your individual challenges. Packages are available as needed for your Customized Care. Please see List of Techniques for descriptions of some of the modalities used to create your customized care.
